William Ball Papers
William Ball (1931-1991), a Carnegie Mellon alumnus, was the founder and director of the renowned American Conservatory Theatre (A.C.T.). This collection contains his papers, sketches, and lectures, as well as annotated scripts, photographs and audiovisual material, primarily from the early years of the American Conservatory Theatre.

Ernest Boyer was an Architecture night student who graduated in 1913. This collection contains mostly photographs of the Shanty Crew, as well as an example of design work done by Louise and Ernest Boyer.

Buchanan was a CMU alumni who worked in the movie industry. His papers include Circus and amusement park ephemera, a collection of catalogs of movie equipment (1920s-1950s), and personal papers pertaining to his work as a consultant for United Artists Corp.

Al Checco Papers
This collection contains the papers of noted character actor Al Checco. Of special note in this collection is Checco's work during WWII as a member of "Stars and Gripes," a show performed to entertain troops stationed in the Pacific during WWII.
